Aditya Natraj is the founder and director of Piramal School of Leadership, an institution specializing in leadership development program for nation building in India. Previously he was the director of Pratham in Gujrat for five years, vice president of business development at ProXchange for two years, and a consultant at KPMG for five years.  Mr. Natraj is an Ashoka Fellow and an Echoing Green Fellow. He is a qualified chartered accountant, and has a master’s degree in economics and an MBA from INSEAD.
